Observed and Reported by Geoflight Loft Weather at Liberation Station • 2010-09-25 07:50 • Google map of Flatonia TX station Clear, calm, no fog, temp mid 70's, bar 30, Hum 70%, good visiblity, moon visible 30 degrees above horizon in west. Liberation 1 - 07:50 Image 1 Image 2 Image 3 The birds made 2 or 3 tight circles 200 feet from the trailer, gained altitude and drifted about 1/8 mile down course to the East. The birds then broke up into 2 groups with group 1 containing appoximately 2/3 of the birds and group 2 containing 1/3. Group 1 drifted to approximately 1/4 mile down course and continued to circle. 07:57 - Group 2 continues circling at 1/8 mile. 07:59 - Group 1 is out of view down course, group 2 has drifted 1/4 mile mile down course and circles. 08:00 - Group 2 is out of view down course. Additional Notes One bird takes refuge on near by rooftop. Both groups circling at 1/4 mile. 08:23 - Group 2 is out of view down course to the East. Group 1 breaks into 2 groups of approximately 1/2 of birds in each group and continue to circle. 08:26 - Group 1A and 1B are headed down course with one group slightly ahead of the other.
